The St. Louis Wheel, the Ferris wheel at Union Station that is the latest addition to the St. Louis skyline, will open to the public next week. The 200-foot-tall Wheel, carousel and mini golf will open to the public at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30. The Soda Fountain ice-cream parlor located in the former Hard Rock Cafe also will open that day.
