To the editor:

I have known Christine Lieber for a number of years, and I am impressed by her leadership, compassion, confidence and support of our community, both in Sunset Hills and the Lindbergh School District.

Christine has the ability to be an outstanding voice for the residents of Ward 2 and the entire Sunset Hills community.

She has been a member and supporter of the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce, which is now the Southwest Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Rotary Club.

Christine is an ardent supporter of the BackStoppers and the Gun N’ Hoses benefit.

Christine was a former teacher in the Lindbergh School District and in Oakville in the Mehlville School District, and she is a Lindbergh High School alumni who gives back locally to students at Lindbergh High School in the most essential way through her insurance company’s scholarship foundation that awards $6,000 to three Lindbergh High School seniors annually.

Christine has the passion for the people of Sunset Hills. She listens intently and has the energy to take on that leadership role. I highly recommend and support Christine for Ward 2 alderman – Sunset Hills.

Scott Haggerty
