Memorial Day at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery hosted by VA

The Department of Veterans Affairs Jefferson Barracks Natioanl Cemetery will host a solemn Memorial Day wreath laying ceremony Monday at 10 a.m.

The ceremony will take place in the old flag circle at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, 63125, at 10 a.m. The ceremony will last for approximately an hour. There will be speeches, a moment of silence and playing of Taps and a rifle volley salute. All members of the local community are welcome to attend. The event’s keynote speaker is Jim Pettit.
