Two new food spots and a massage establishment are coming to Crestwood.

At a meeting of the Crestwood Planning and Zoning Commission, developers announced plans to open a new location of The Brass Tap and a JoJo’s Biscuit Co. at Crestwood Crossing. There are currently no known timelines for when these establishments will be open.

The Brass Tap — an “upscale beer bar” — currently has one location in Olivette, which opened in March. There are over 50 locations across the country.

JoJo’s Biscuit Co. is a spot for breakfast and brunch that is based in Columbia, Missouri. This will be its first location in St. Louis.

On Aug. 25, the Board of Aldermen also granted a conditional use permit for JK Spa LLC to open a massage establishment at 9919 Watson Road. The site is approximately 1.38 acres. It was previously occupied by another massage establishment from 2024-2025, which had its conditional use permit revoked.
