Bruce and Marlene Berger are celebrating 64 years of marriage on June 11. The couple married June 11, 1958, in the Danforth Chapel at the State University of Iowa.

Bruce was in the U.S. Army for two years. He then worked for Ralston Purina for 31 years. 

They had three daughters — Julie (Martin), Kristen (Robert) and Genifer (Jeffrey).

The couple also has nine grandchildren: Robert, Deborah Ann, Justin, Joshua, Stephen, Jordan, Austin and Faith.
