To the editor:
It was interesting to read the letter from a Clayton resident in the Sept. 30 edition of The Call criticizing the proposed development called “The Residence at Tesson Ridge.” She stated, “we are skeptical about whether a proposed development like this will truly meet the needs of the community.”
I wonder if she had ever criticized the same types of development in Clayton? How dare we in Mehlville, Affton, Bayless, etcetera to ever plan such an upscale development in our communities. I think she thinks we should leave that to Clayton, Ladue, etcetera and be happy to let all the upper class people live elsewhere. It seems to be hypocritical.
