• Christ Memorial Women’s Guild is hosting a cookie walk from 8 a.m. to noon at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 5252 S. Lindbergh. Cost is $11 per pound. Christmas decorations and gifts will also be for sale.

• Oakville Elks Lodge 2726 is hosting a basketball free throw contest at Queen of All Saints, 6603 Christopher Drive, at 9:30 a.m. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Free for boys and girls ages 8 to 13.
