Friday, April 12

  • The Grant’s View Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 9700 Musick Road, is hosting “Disasters and Catastrophes in St. Louis” from 10 – 11 a.m. Sponsored by the St. Louis Genealogical Society, learn about the Great Fire of 1849, the 1896 and 1927 St. Louis tornadoes, transportation disasters and more.   • The Tesson Ferry Democratic Township are holding a mass meeting at Frailey’s Southtown Grill, 4329 Butler Hill Road, to elect state-level delegates to be sent to the Missouri Democratic State Convention. Doors open at 6:30 in the back meeting room. Please gather before 7 – there will be no late entry after that. To run to serve as a delegate, you must be a registered Democrat with the Secretary of State, a resident of the Tesson Ferry Township, have voted in the Party-Run Presidential Preference Primary on March 23, 2024.
