The first Connections Summit – a community event open to families and staff of the Affton, Bayless, Hancock Place Lindbergh and Mehlville School districts – will be held Saturday, April 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hancock Elementary School, 9101 South Broadway.
According to a statement from the district, there will be “opportunities for and/or relevant to all age groups” including a college fair, a career/job fair and presentations on topics such as money management, parenting support, internet safety, ELL support, mental health and substance abuse. Childcare will be available for those who are potty trained through 11 years of age.
Vendors, including Feed My People, The Housing Partnership, St. Louis County Library, Various Pantries, Agencies, St. Martha’s and South County Tech, will also have tables.
This event is free for all attendees, presenters and vendors.
