Crestwood’s elected officials are hosting their second town hall and open house event of the year on Aug. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Crestwood Community Center, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane.
This event will offer residents an opportunity to meet their elected officials, share their thoughts on anything about the city and learn about the latest developments in Crestwood. Additionally, there will be a variety of family games for all to enjoy, including bocce, corn hole and ring toss. Crestwood-themed giveaways and refreshments served.
“This will be a great opportunity for residents to come speak with their elected officials one-on-one… and as a nod to the to-be family games complex that center will become, we will also have some family games. So you can come and speak with your elected officials and maybe have a little bit of fun,” Mayor Scott Shipley said.
The event will be an open-house format, allowing residents to stop by whenever they can and stay as long as they want during the event’s runtime.
