The petitioner is requesting zoning for a drive-thru restaurant and drive-thru bank at 5228 S. Lindbergh Blvd, which is zoned C-8 Planned Commercial District. The site is currently part of the parking lot for Outback Steakhouse and Fitz’s SoCo, and is 1,500 feet northwest of the intersection of Lindbergh Boulevard and Baptist Church Road.
The proposed development is located in the Lindbergh school district and in the 6th District of Councilman Ernie Trakas.
The lot is approximately 3-acres and will include a parking lot and drive-thru Dunkin’ Donuts, as well as two drive-thru lanes for the bank. The bank and Dunkin’ would be part of the same structure.
The only South County Dunkin’ Donuts location is in Oakville at 4220 Telegraph Road, while the next closest location in the county is in Kirkwood.
