The 397 students in Mehlville High School’s graduating Class of 2019 received their diplomas June 2 at the school’s first graduation ceremony at Chaifetz Arena. It was also the last graduation ceremony of retiring Principal Denise Swanger. With only one-third of the class reporting, the Mehlville School District said that MHS graduates earned more than $6 million in college scholarships.

Among the distinguished graduates were National Merit Finalist and Missouri 100 Scholar Harrison Hong and one of the top tennis players in the state, Alyson Piskulic.
