The Lutheran High School South girls’ varsity volleyball team recently won the Class 3 State Championship in Cape Girardeau, defeating Pleasant Hill 25-23, 25-21. The championship is the first-ever volleyball state title in the school’s history. The squad went 34-3-3 on the season.
