Mehlville band to play at music educators’ event

The Mehlville High School Symphonic Band has been selected as a performing group for the 80th annual Missouri Music Educators Association Conference that will take place Thursday, Jan. 25, at Tan-Tar-A Resort at Lake of the Ozarks.
This is the fifth time the Mehlville Symphonic Band has been selected to perform at the MMEA Conference. Former MHS Band Director Don Kinnison will introduce the symphonic band under the direction of Tony Brown and Nick Kremer.
This is considered to be one of the highest achievements for any musical group in the state of Missouri, according to a news release.
