Eye Thrive is sending its mobile vision clinic to four St. Louis County Library branches in July to provide free eye exams and prescription glasses for children ages 4 to 18.
The mobile clinic will be in South County at the Weber Road Branch, 4444 Weber Road, Wednesday, July 26 and Thursday, July 27 beginning at 9 a.m.
A parental consent form must be completed prior to the eye exam. Children will be examined on a first-come, first-served basis and capacity is limited. Visit slcl.org/eyecare for more.
The Eye Thrive mobile clinic will visit one branch in June – the Prairie Commons Branch, 915 Utz Lane in Hazelwood, 63042, on Thursday, June 29 at 9 a.m.
The clinic will also visit the following three branches in July:
- The Lewis & Clark Branch, 9909 Lewis-Clark Blvd. in St. Louis, 63126, on Wednesday, July 6 and Thursday, July 7
- The Bridgeton Trails Branch, 3455 McKelvey Road, Bridgeton, 63055, on Monday, July 17
- The Florissant Valley Branch, 195 New Florissant Road South, Florissant, 63031, on Wednesday, July 19 and Thursday, July 20
All clinics begin at 9 a.m. and are a first-come, first-served basis.
