A Missouri Lottery player walked away with $3 million after purchasing a “300X” Scratchers ticket in Affton. The ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 8000 Mackenzie Road.
The unnamed lottery player and his wife said that they play the lottery occasionally, though they never anticipated winning such a large sum.
“We all dream it (winning), and it means a lot to us,” the couple said. “We are lucky and happy.”
In the 2026 fiscal year, St. Louis County players won more than $1.1 billion in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $19.9 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $33.9 million in lottery proceeds went to support education programs in the county.
