To the editor:
Your May 24 article about St. Louis County’s $2.4 million surplus for fiscal 2011 really got my blood pressure up.
County Executive Charlie Dooley has misrepresented the county’s financial position to the citizens of St. Louis County and abused the 24 county employees who lost their jobs. I hope St. Louis County voters remember this when he runs for election again. It’s time for Charlie Dooley to go.
And thank you to Councilman Steve Stenger for his efforts to expose this mess.
