To the editor:
The Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread Co. restaurant at 9920 Kennerly Road in South County has a few tables for dining on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant.
As a concerned observer, I think a barrier of some type should protect the diners at this dangerous parking lot location.
I have emailed Panera several times in the last year with no answer.
I don’t know if the county or landlord or what agency could check on this.
A lot of elderly drivers use this location, and I fear an accident to innocent diners.
