Friday, Nov. 4

•There will be a holy hour for priestly and religious vocations at the Monastery of St. Clare, 200 Marycrest Drive, from 7 to  8 p.m. The monastery is off the 6000 block of Telegraph Road, south of Bethesda. The entrance sign is next to the Goddard Daycare Center.

• SAJE Senior Ministry is hosting chair yoga at 10:30 a.m. at Concord Trinity United Methodist Church, 5275 S. Lindbergh Blvd. Admission is $3 and SilverSneakers is accepted.

Saturday, Nov. 5

• Put your papercraft, hand lettering and other artistic skills to use at Grant’s View Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 9700 Musick Road, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. to make holiday cards for residents in long-term care facilities. For adults and teens.

• The Affton Community Center, 9801 Mackenzie Road, is hosting open pickleball from 11 – 1 p.m. and 1:15 to 3:15 p.m. Admission is $2 per person or free for Renew Active and SilverSneakers members. Reservations start Monday at 8 a.m. by calling 314-615-8822.

Sunday, Nov. 6

• Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 3600 Hampton Ave., has worship recorded and streamed every Sunday at 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Facebook and Youtube, and in-person.

• Embrace Church, 314 S. Clay Ave., worships at 6 p.m. Zoom option available.

• Trinity United Church of Christ, 5200 Hilde Ave., is holding services at 10:30 a.m. “Open and affirming.”

• The St. Lucas United Church of Christ, 11735 Denny Road, is hosting a community meal from 4 – 5:30 p.m. Food is free and carry-outs are available.

Monday, Nov. 7
