Nicholas E. Rothe has received a scholarship from the Board of Directors of the Concrete Council.
He is a 2000 graduate of Mehlville Senior High School and currently is attending Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, where he is majoring in construction management.
Rothe also is employed part time at the Budrovich Excavating Co.
