To the editor:
I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has attended the last few meetings at the Crestwood City Hall.
The meetings have been long, very lively, and full of debate. I believe they represent democracy at its best. Even if you feel like your “side” lost on an issue, there is no doubt that all voices were heard.
I wish that resident involvement was more toward this extreme, than compared to the usual low turnout. It is great to see residents so involved in the decision-making process. It was also enjoyable to hear from residents who called and sent e-mails; please continue to voice your concerns.
