Todd and Kristi Pennington of Jackson announce the birth of their third child, a daughter, Via Lynn Pennington.

She was born at 12:36 p.m. May 16 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. The baby was 21 inches long and weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces.

Elder siblings are brother Tuc Michael and sister Ella Mae.

Maternal grandparents are Wayne and Diane Brunts of Oakville, and paternal grandparents are Jeff and Betty Pennington of McCluer, Illinois.
