Burial Date: January 11, 2020. Patricia Wulfmeyer Duwe, 91, of Crestwood, died Dec. 3. Pat was born in St. Louis. She graduated from St. Josephs Academy. She attended Fontbonne and Washington universities. Pat was married to William (Bill) Charles Duwe from Jan. 29, 1949 until his death July 29, 1988. Pat was an alderman for the city of Crestwood for 11 years. She volunteered for the food pantry, Meals on Wheels and others. She was an active member of Southminster Presbyterian Church. She was a competent, loving and tireless family manager. She was her husbands life partner. She provided sound guidance and an example of a good life well lived to her children. She is survived by her children Maggie Duwe, David (Janet) Duwe and Daniel (Debbie) Duwe; grandson William S. Duwe and sister Judy (William) Motzel. Her passing was preceded by her parents Frederick William and Ada Scott Wulfmeyer; her son Frederick William Duwe and her brother-in-law Donald (Sydney) Duwe. A memorial service was held Jan. 11 at Southminster Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Alzheimers Association.
