Throughout his career, Ken owned and managed numerous restaurants, following his lifelong passion for cooking. In addition, Ken was a gifted musician and he played multiple instruments, including guitar, banjo, keyboard, and accordian; he was also a singer, and he loved round dancing with his beloved wife, Donna. His legacy in the community, through his culinary and musical talents, his years of leadership with the Boy Scouts, and his warm and joyful personality, has left an indelible mark on the lives of many.
