A plan for Butler Hill Centre was heard by the St. Louis County Planning Commission March 14.
The site is 1.77 acres on the south side of Butler Hill Road, near MidAmerica Plaza. The plan includes a zoning change from C-4 to C-8, which encompasses offices, restaurants, retail and personal services.
The proposed building is 10,400 square-feet and features a drive-thru window on each end. The building could house as many as eight tenants.
“We feel zoning to … a planned commercial district would give us more flexibility in attracting uses that will provide … services to our guests in the hotel and in the medical facility,” MidAmerica Engineer Melanie Cantrell said.
