Missouri voters spoke with defeat of Prop B
To the editor:
The story titled “Holden doesn’t get what he wanted from state Legislature” is misleading.
It’s not what Holden wants. It’s what the voters of Missouri want, i.e. the April 1999 defeat of Prop B. We made it perfectly clear that we do not want the citizenry to be able to carry concealed weapons.
It’s very sad that our votes can be negated by enough well-heeled lobbyists.
