The Kiwanis Club of South County recently recognized Brian Torno of the Mehlville Fire Protection District as its Firefighter/Paramedic of the Quarter. Torno was recognized for his untiring dedication and service to the south county community as a member of the fire protection district. Kiwanis Club President Steve Dodson presented Torno with a certificate of recognition and a gift card to a local restaurant.
