The Crestwood Parks and Recreation Department is hosting an open house event tonight regarding the nature playscape project at Whitecliff Park.
The open house event will be held at the Crestwood Community Center, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. As the Whitecliff Park bridge is still closed due to construction, residents wishing to attend the open house must use the secondary community center entrance off Vauk Lane. For those using GPS, enter “9255 Vauk Lane.”
The open house event will feature nature playscape designs for residents to vote and give their feedback on. The designs will remain on display through Dec. 7 at 4 p.m., giving residents ample opportunity to voice their opinions.
An online survey will also be available from Dec. 4 through 8.
City staff and DG2 landscape architects will be in attendance at the open house, available to answer and address the comments, questions and concerns of residents.
The nature playscape project at Whitecliff Park was made possible through the passage of Proposition A in April.
