John Sebben, a St. Louis Classic Rock Preservation Society officer and one of Crestwood’s Ward 4 Aldermen, is emceeing a trivia night at the Crestwood Community Center, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane, on March 7. 

Doors open at 6 p.m., with the trivia portion of the evening to follow from 7 to 10 p.m. 

In addition to trivia, there will be a silent auction for raffle baskets, a verbal bidding auction for selected “big prizes,” 50/50, mulligans and more. All proceeds will support the soon-to-be rebuilt 1816 Joseph Sappington Log House as a rustic learning/event center at Historic Sappington Park.

Free beer, soda and water will be available while supplies last. Snacks will also be provided at the bar. Additionally, IMO’s Pizza in Crestwood is partnering with the Historic Sappington House to feed trivia night participants. IMO’s will be donating 20% of the night’s proceeds to the Joseph log building project.
