Julie and Brian Cashel of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Nolan Fischer, 20 inches, 8 pounds. He was born April 22 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Cecilia, 1½.
Maternal grandparents are Judith Fisher of Oakville and Gene Fischer of Coal Valley, Ill.
Paternal grandparents are Carlene and Jack Cashel of St. Louis.
