Call offers more letters from Mehlville students to Santa

Originally Published on: Dec. 21, 2011

The Call is pleased to offer more letters to Santa Claus from second-graders at Beasley Elementary School and fourth-graders from Bierbaum and Forder elementary schools:

Dear Santa,

This year has been kind of disastrous. First of all there was an earthquake in Japan on my birthday. Then a tornado hit Joplin, Mo. I hope somebody — hint, hint — could give them food and shelter. And could you stop by my brother’s dorm, please? Plus some people don’t celebrate Christmas so stop by them, too. But most of all, the thing I want the most — besides FIFA Soccer 12 — is happiness for everyone for a long time to come.

Your friend, Christopher

Dear Santa,

I love Christmas! Do you? I never really saw you before but I think you’re nice and caring. Honestly, all I want for Christmas is a puppy, phone and iPad2. What kind of cookies do you like? I will leave you some for sure. Santa I think you are good influence. You are nice, kind, and caring.

Sincerely, Alyssa

Dear Santa,

How are you doing? If I don’t have any cookies, take a candy cane off the Christmas tree. Please don’t forget any kids. I am 9 years old and in the fourth grade. My birthday is Dec. 8. And I hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

Love, Stephen

Dear Santa,

Dear Santa,

How are you? I hope you have a good Christmas. Christmas is not about toys, it’s about giving from your heart. What do you do at the North Pole? The only thing I want for Christmas is to get good grades – A’s and B’s – in my grade. There is one more thing, I wish for the Titanic to come back. That’s all I wish for this year.

Your friend, Izet

Dear Santa,

Santa, how are you this year? I would like a Kinect and also this year I want it to be your Christmas. You could come to my house on Christmas and everything would be there. Oh, I almost forgot, what kind of cookies do you like? And tell the elves I said Merry Christmas and I’ll leave some hay for the reindeer. And what does it look like that high and what does it look like in the toy shop? Well that’s all I have to say.

From Adam

Dear Santa,

Are you excited about the holidays? I bet you are really tired since you made so many presents. Do you ever want people to give you presents for Christmas? I wonder if you ever want to take a break for working so much. I bet you can’t wait to get those milk and cookies from the chimney.

I want to say “Hi” to Rudolph the red nose reindeer and other reindeer for their hard work this year. I think you wish you could bake gingerbread cookies with St. grandma — ha, ha. Well the things I would want is books, just books. I like to eat gingerbread cookies but they can get a little messy at the time. Do you like to make gingerbread cookies? Do you miss your family? Do you ever wonder if you will not be Santa anymore? I think you are really nice because you give great presents to needy kids and for kids who just want toys!

If you had a Christmas wish what would you write on your wish list, milk, cookies, a longer beard more reindeer and elves who could go even faster at wrapping presents!? Well, ho, ho, ho. Merry Christmas!

P.S. Do you prefer milk cookies, chocolate cookies, sugar cookies, oh and what kind of milk? Chocolate milk, strawberry milk or plain?

Love, Irma
