he Sunset Hills Board of Aldermen unanimously approved a conditional use permit for Post Motorworks to operate at 10340 Winter Industrial Drive.
According to petitioners Matt and Heather Post, the business is a car repair shop focusing on European imports and high-end vehicles. Matt said they only take appointments and focus on keeping in-person contact to a minimum. The business would be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The building features four garages and was most recently occupied by the Buchheit Construction Company.
In September, the planning commission added conditions to the CUP. No wrecked or dismantled vehicles are to be left outside, the driveway and parking area must be resealed and restriped and all proper permits must be obtained.
