To the editor:

Yes, I am talking to you, those who vote for people who resist changes in our gun laws.

After Columbine, we prayed; Sandy Hook, we prayed; Parkland, we prayed; Buffalo, we prayed. Now Texas we pray.

Something is terribly wrong. So I Googled prayer: it involves speaking to and listening to the Lord. What is the Lord saying back to you?

And yes, I prayed that I listen to the Lord before submitting this letter. There were no words but the feeling it was the right thing to do.
