Kevin and Janet (nee Geiner) Smith of Affton celebrated 50 years of marriage May 13.
They were married at Trinity United Church of Christ in South County by Rev. James Conrad and Father Liss.
The couple graduated from Cleveland High School in 1967 and 1968. After four years in the U.S. Navy (Seabees), Kevin graduated from Ranken Tech. He retired from Metro Transit after 41 years. Janet worked at the Auto Club of Missouri and then Grant’s Farm.
They have three children — Jennifer (Chris), Joshua (Jennifer) and Joseph (Lauren). The apples of their eyes are their four grandchildren: Aidan, Molly, Ronan and Gunnar.
