At a Jan. 7 meeting, the Crestwood Planning and Zoning Commission signed off on the final development plan for a new 7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee. The popular coffee chain will be located at 9265 Watson Road.

According to Crestwood city planner Danny Jendusa, the plan was approved with some additional conditions. These conditions included requiring masonry-wrapped canopy columns and a structural masonry dumpster enclosure, allowing a standing seam metal roof, requiring crosswalk striping in the parking lot and requiring the blue accent lighting on the building to be made dimmable as needed.

“It is not anticipated the final development plan will require further review with the Board of Aldermen,” Jendusa said.

The development will bring the coffee chain to Crestwood Crossing, where new businesses have been popping up in force. Ward 3 Alderman Grant Mabie expects that 7Brew will be open by mid-to-late summer.
