Slow Cooker Buffalo Turkey Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup buffalo wing sauce

2 cups turkey, shredded (leftover)

2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded

Tortilla chips or celery and carrots, for serving

Combine all ingredients in crockpot on low to medium heat. Stir frequently as the cheese melts. Serve with favorite tortilla chips or celery and carrots.

Turkey Cranberry Sliders

1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls

(12 count)

2 cups diced turkey

1 cup cranberry sauce or relish

(warm to make spreading easier)

6 slices Swiss (or favorite cheese)

6 tbsp butter

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tbsp dried minced onion

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cover 9×13 baking pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Remove rolls from package in one piece.

Cut entire slab of rolls in half lengthwise.

Place bottoms of rolls, still connected in one slab, on foiled cover pan.

Layer with turkey, cranberry sauce and cheese.

Add top slab of rolls.

Melt butter in microwave and whisk in remaining ingredients of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion and salt and pepper. Pour evenly over rolls.

Cover with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Bake covered for 20 minutes.

Uncover and cook 5 additional minutes.

Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
