The courses will begin on the UniGroup campus at One Premier Drive in Fenton. The 5-K race will continue through Fenton city streets and Fenton City Park. The 10-K race will continue along the Meramec River and through Unger Park.
A total of $1,000 in prize money will be awarded for the 10-K’s top three male and female finishers — $250 will be awarded for first place, $150 for second place and $100 for third.
Those who can’t attend the event still can show support for the United Way by registering as a “Runner in Spirit.” For a donation of $20, those registering will re-ceive a commemorative T-shirt — for the first 500 adult entrants.
