The Mexican STL — a new, upscale Mexican restaurant by the Syberg’s team — opened its doors in Crestwood Crossing on Sept. 18.
Located at 9615 Watson Road, The Mexican STL is currently open only Thursday through Sunday. Thursday and Friday hours of operation are from 3 to 11 p.m., Saturday hours are from 11 a.m. to midnight and Sunday hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The new restaurant offers “for the table” dining to be shared among a group, as well as traditional entrees and an array of signature cocktails.
