For the second year in a row, Sperreng Middle School’s eighth-grade band received a perfect score from all the judges at the Worlds of Fun Festival of Music in Kansas City.
The festival featured 60 groups from around the Midwest, and Director Brian Wyss stated in a news release the Sperreng Middle students were praised for their professionalism and good character by chaperones, bus drivers, park employees and hotel staff.
