Dive into history | Before Missouri was a ratified state, there was an extensive history of indigenous tribes and communities in the territory. Using library resources, delve into a brief history lesson of the tribes, conflict and treaties with the growing American government, and their removal from the Missouri territory, at the Cliff Cave Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 5430 Telegraph Road, from 2 – 3 p.m.
Shop on sale | St. Luke’s United Methodist Church will host its annual Holiday Bazaar at Maurine’s Resale Boutique, 2761 Telegraph Road. Presale will take place from 6 – 8 p.m. for a $5 entry fee or five cans of food — be the first to get merchandise.

Shop on sale | St. Luke’s United Methodist Church will host its annual Holiday Bazaar at Maurine’s Resale Boutique, 2761 Telegraph Road. The sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with free entry. Purchase holiday items, housewares, clothing, draperies, books and more. Proceeds will go to support local missions.
Participate in a sale | Are you a young entrepreneur ready to earn some cash? Kids ages 7-12 can run their own booth at Crestwood’s Kids Garage Sale, presented by Renewal by Andersen. This event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Crestwood Community Center, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane. While an adult must be present, participants will take the lead in organizing and managing their own sale. Each space includes one 8-foot table to display gently used clothes, toys, and other kid-friendly items. At the end of the event, donation bins will be available for any unsold items you’d prefer not to take home. To register a table for $10, click here.

Dive into history | Boeing historian and curator Allison Balderrama presents a program on St. Louis aviation history at the Oak Bend Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 842 S.
