The Soulard Blues Band is coming to the Ulysses S. Grant National Historical Site on July 31. The lively blues musicians were originally scheduled for a concert on July 17, but because of the rain, it has been rescheduled for the last day of the month. The concert begins at 7 p.m.
The band, which was formed in 1978, has won “Best Blues Band” for nine consecutive years in a local poll. Attendees are invited to bring their well-behaved leashed pets, or outside food and drink — though no glass containers — as they watch the performance.
