Scholarship established in memory of late teacher

Lindbergh High School teachers are establishing a student scholarship in memory of their co-worker, Jane Jeep, who died in December following a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.

Ms. Jeep was a science teacher from 1991 to 2010 at Lindbergh High.

The scholarship will be available through the Lindbergh School District Foundation beginning this year, and is exclusively for students who are planning a career in the fields of math, science, health or environmental studies/issues. Students also will be evaluated based on community service.
