Jennifer Schmidt, daughter of George and Kathy Schmidt of St. Louis, and Craig Exum, son of Don and Pat Exum of Selmer, Tenn., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Schmidt, of St. Louis, is a graduate of Oakville Senior High School, Missouri State University and Baker University. She is employed by CFM Financial of Nashville, Tenn., as a regional credit manager.
Her fiancé, Exum, of Selmer, Tenn., is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. He is employed by NDC Medical Distribution Co. of Nashville, Tenn., as an operations manager.
The couple plan an Oct. 18 wedding at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Mehlville.
