Recently my office, a real estate office in south county, was visited by Dr. Chris Gaines, superintendent for the Mehlville School District.
As a profession, we are very concerned with seeing Mehlville having and maintaining strong, robust schools. Property values are very much affected by the accreditation of the school in their area.
Dr. Gaines made us all aware of the plight of the Mehlville School District.
The first week of November there will be a new proposal, “Prop R,” on the ballot. I very much encourage anyone and everyone to vote for this measure.
Mehlville must maintain schools if we wish our property values to stay strong.
Please vote “yes” for the proposal. Make the Mehlville area a strong area with healthy property values.
Our schools must remain strong and de-sirable.
