A pedestrian was hit by a car at the intersection of Gravois and Tesson Ferry roads Saturday night, the latest in a series of recent incidents where a pedestrian has been hit by a car in South County.
In this case, however, the pedestrian did not have life-threatening injuries, police said.
The St. Louis County Police Department responded to a call for service at 8:38 p.m. Saturday.
A woman, 40, had been hit while trying to cross Tesson Ferry Road at the Gravois intersection, police said.
She was hit by a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
She was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
