Detectives of the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons are investigating a murder-suicide that resulted in the death of two individuals: one adult female and one adult male.Â
At approximately 4:23 p.m. on Aug. 20, officers from the South County Precinct responded to a call for service to check the welfare of two adults at a residence in the 3000 block of Cambridge View Court. Upon arrival, officers located two victims inside a home suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced deceased on the scene.Â
A preliminary investigation revealed the adult male shot the adult female, then shot himself.Â
