Parents of private, parochial students can learn more about LHS

The Lindbergh High School counseling department will host an informational night for private and parochial school eighth-grade students and their parents at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, in the high school cafeteria, 5000 S. Lindbergh Blvd.

In addition, these families are invited to receive even more valuable information for the 2014-2015 school year during the school’s Curriculum Night at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, in the auditorium.

Those attending the Jan. 23 orientation meeting will receive information about enrollment for the 2014-2015 school year and course planning documents, according to a news release. To make reservations for this event on or before Jan. 21, call (314) 729-2410, Ext. 1725. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, your student’s name, your phone number and the name of the school your student currently attends.

The Jan. 29 Curriculum Night will include an additional orientation meeting for parents of eighth-grade students starting at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. From 7 to 8 p.m., students and their parents can visit Gym 3 to explore course opportunities, meet teachers and prepare for the coming school year. No reservations are required.
