No votes were taken during a recent special closed session of the Mehlville Board of Education, according to Patrick Wal-lace, school/community relations director who has been designated the district’s custodian of records by the school board.
The Board of Education conducted the special closed session Wednesday, Nov. 10, “for the purpose of discussing and voting upon …” a property matter, according to the notice of the special meeting.
In response to a request made by the Call under the provisions of the Missouri Open Meetings and Records Law, also called the Sunshine Law, Wallace wrote Nov. 11, “… There were no votes taken during that session.”
