‘Jazz-Robics’ offered at Kennedy Rec Complex
The county Department of Parks and Recreation will offer “Jazz-Robics” classes at the Kennedy Recreation Complex, 6050 Wells Road.
The twice-a-week morning and evening sessions, set to music, emphasize toning the stomach, hip and leg muscles plus cardiovascular fitness.
Classes meet from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. or 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednes-days.
