Cadet Nicholas Adam Cavellero of Concord recently graduated from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.

U.S. Rep. J. Gresham Barrett of The Citadel Class of 1983, delivered the commencement address to members of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets and military enlisted personnel who completed their undergraduate degrees.

Cavellero earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Cavellero also achieved dean’s list recognition, which is given to those students registered for 12 or more semester hours whose grade-point ratio is 3.2 or higher with no grade below a C for the previous semester’s work.

In addition, Cavellero received a Gold Star for achieving a 3.7 grade-point aver-age or higher.

He is the son of Glenda M. Cavellero.
